Sagrada Familia is a very popular attraction and tickets are selling out faster and faster. But as an official guide we can often get tickets up to 7 days in advance without any problems. However, if you are booking within 7 days before tour start time, please contact us first to determine availability for the chosen day.

Once the tickets have been purchased for the day/time of your choice, and if you unexpectedly have to cancel, Sagrada Familia Tours will refund according to the cancellation policy as published under the general terms and conditions on this website. There is often the option to reschedule the tour upon consultation. In any case, please contact us as soon as possible when you need to cancel.
Please dress appropriately for your visit to the Sagrada Familia: tank tops, sleeveless shirts, shorts and sandals/slippers are not permitted by the local authorities and you cannot enter.
Sagrada Familia normally supplies voice amplifiers (headphones/earphones) but no longer to children under 11 years of age. If you come with children under 11, instruct them to stay close to the guide so that they can hear everything clearly. It is also mandatory to bring identification for children under 11 years of age.
