"If you know how to ride a bike, you should definitely do this tour. I've been to Barcelona for a week before, and just this tour for half a day on bike allowed me to see more areas than I had ever been! My girlfriend loved it as well. We did the Familia Sagrada bike tour on non-assisted bikes. The bike riding is very easy, nothing too strenuous. Robb is a great guide and really knows the city well. It was such a nice idea to ride bikes and then you stop by the Familia Sagrada, lock your bikes, and then you bypass the entire line as Robb brings you in.
