"Our hotel concierge organized the tour for us and it was excellent. Rob knows the city very well (he worked in hotels and was a concierge himself before transitioning into the tour business). He has a great way of telling you about what you are seeing. He was flexible with the tour and made sure that we got to all of the major sites into our tour before our time was up. He is energetic and spirited and the tour was very enjoyable for my wife and me. I would hire Rob again and recommend him. Rob speaks English, Spanish and Dutch. I think he would be great with families and it was enjoyable and memorable to spend our day with him. Brad Washington"
